I hear your bones singing

The ‘‘I hear your bones singing’’ is an art installation (scale model 1:50) in Piraeus port area of Greece. The concept of oblivion comprises the design - tool in the history of an old house, re-appropriating thereby a forgotten place. In the heterotopic microcosm of the empty shell, an experiential path is revived, as a host, destroying the older building structure and symbolically the memory of the space. The wanderer is trapped in an introspective course, traveling from room to room, that reveals only fragments of the old building and leads him to extreme points - dead ends, reaching the aim of the project which is the loss of orientation, the loss of sense of space. As a result, the wanderer enters to a mental uncertainty, dominated by symptoms of fear, vertigo and madness.
